Due to cant buy insurance if shipping from Europe Warehouse, there cannot provide after-sales service for the following logistics issues related to shipments from our Europe warehouse:

Incorrect delivery information – Packages may be lost or unable to be signed for due to inaccurate recipient details.

Secondary customs clearance – Any delays or interruptions in package tracking caused by additional customs procedures are beyond our control.

Recipient absence – If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, resulting in a lost or delayed package.

Partial product loss – Cases where part of the package contents are missing during delivery.
We kindly ask all customers to ensure their delivery information is accurate and to be available to receive their packages to avoid these issues.
